API access
Everything on this site is served by the same JSON API at api.openaidledger.org. Without a key you get what a visitor sees. Keys widen the history window and raise the limits.
Send a key as an X-API-Key header. GET /v1/me tells you which tier and limits apply to your request.

Request a key
Email keys@openaidledger.org with your name, organisation and what you want to build. Free keys go out the same day. For Pro and Enterprise we will send pricing and a short agreement; academic and newsroom use is discounted.
The public tier is a commitment, not a trial. The current state and a rolling 30 days will stay free for as long as the ledger runs.
